Are all repairs included in an AMC?
Labour, parts and visits follow the written agreement. Work outside that scope is assessed and quoted separately.
Can I include finishing repairs?
We can discuss a defined list of plaster, tile, ceiling or joinery repairs. The work needs to be listed in the agreement.
Do you have fixed packages or prices?
We quote per property. The equipment, condition, access requirements and work included determine the scope and price.
How quickly can a technician visit?
Enquiries are welcome 24/7. Visits and response arrangements are agreed with you; contacting us does not automatically book a visit.
