A few points about enquiries, quotations and arranging work with us.
Website information and enquiries
The service pages describe the kinds of work you can discuss with us. The scope, suitability and availability for your particular site are confirmed during the enquiry and quotation process.
Submitting an enquiry or opening a WhatsApp draft does not book a visit, accept a quotation or authorise work.
Quotations
A quotation applies to the work, site conditions and materials described in it. Its validity period is stated in the quotation; ask us if a date or part of the scope needs clarification.
Photos, drawings and a site assessment may be needed to understand the job. Work that cannot be assessed initially is discussed when the relevant conditions are known.
Site visits and access
Visits are arranged with you. Please tell us about building management rules, working hours, occupied areas and any permits or approvals that need to be addressed before access or work.
Enquiries are welcome 24/7. This does not automatically confirm an immediate site visit.
Starting or changing work
The work begins under an agreed written scope. The quotation or agreement sets out the work, price and arrangements that apply to your job.
Changes to that scope, including additional areas or different materials, need to be discussed and agreed before the additional work proceeds.
Annual maintenance contracts
An AMC covers the assets, visits, labour and other items in the written agreement. Parts, consumables, exclusions, access and any additional work are handled as set out in that agreement.

Your job agreement
These pages provide general information about the enquiry process. The agreed written quotation or maintenance contract sets out the terms for your particular work and takes precedence if it differs from this website.
